摘　　要：脊柱结核是最常见的肺外结核。近年来,随着HIV及免疫缺陷病的发病率升高,脊柱结核的发病率亦逐年增高;青海省作为结核大省,医疗卫生资源缺乏,医疗意识淡薄,患者基数大,若不及时治疗,致畸致残率极高,因此其治疗方式备受关注。本文主要从抗结核的药物治疗、超短程化疗方案的发展、优势及存在的问题作一综述。Spinal tuberculosis is the most common extrapulmonary tuberculosis. In recent years, with the incidence rate of HIV and immunodeficiency disease increasing, the incidence rate of spinal tuberculosis has increased year by year. As a large province of tuberculosis, Qinghai province lacks medical and health resources, weak medical awareness and a large number of patients. If it is not treated in time, the rate of deformity and disability is very high, so its treatment methods have attracted much attention. This paper reviews the anti-tuberculosis drug treatment, the development, advantages and existing problems of ultra short course chemotherapy.
