摘　　要：目的:总结胰管型Oddi括约肌功能障碍(SOD)的临床特点、病因及诊治方法。方法:报告1例内镜下胰导管支架植入术治疗胰管型SOD,检索并复习至今的国内外相关文献。分析SOD,特别是胰管型SOD的临床特点、病因及诊治方法。结果:该病例为男性患儿,反复多次因腹痛入院,诊断为复发性急性胰腺炎,完善各项检查后,排除其他疾病,诊断为胰管型SOD,药物治疗效果欠佳后给予内镜下胰导管支架植入术治疗后症状好转。结论:胰管型SOD一直是临床诊断和治疗的难点,针对的治疗较少,通过该病例为胰管型SOD的治疗提供经验及选择。Objective: The objective is to summarize the clinical features, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic duct-type sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (SOD). Methods: A case of pancreatic duct-type SOD treated with endoscopic pancreatic duct stent implantation was reported, and relevant do-mestic and foreign works of literature were retrieved and reviewed so far. To analyze the clinical features, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of SOD, especially pancreatic duct SOD. Results: The patient was a male child who was repeatedly admitted to the hospital because of abdominal pain and was diagnosed as recurrent acute pancreatitis. After completing various examinations, other diseases were excluded, and the diagnosis was pancreatic duct SOD. Endoscopy was given after poor drug treatment. Symptoms were improved after lower pancreatic duct stenting. Conclusion: Pancreatic duct SOD has always been a difficult point in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and there are few targeted treatments. This case provides experience and options for the treatment of pancreatic duct SOD.
