摘　　要：成人经典型发热待查的患者病因纷繁复杂,症状体征多变,往往是促使患者就医的最常见症状,目前临床尚无统一诊断标准,使得经典型发热待查至今仍是一个具有挑战性的临床问题。同时,患者遭受疾病和心理双重压力,医疗资源耗费巨大。因此,制定个体化、科学、有效的诊断与治疗方案是十分必要的,这就要求临床医生必需具备扎实的医学技能、清晰的临床思路和仁爱的医德风尚,从全面的病史采集及细致的体格检查中,获取潜在的诊断线索,判断可能的疾病诊断方向,完善必要的化验检查,从而制定个体化诊疗方案,及早明确诊治。The etiology of adult patients with classical fever of unknown origin is complex, and their symptoms and signs are changeable, which are often the most common symptoms that prompt patients to seek medical treatment. At present, there is no unified clinical diagnostic standard, so typical fever to be examined is still a challenging clinical problem. At the same time, patients suffer from disease and psychological double pressure, huge consumption of medical resources. Therefore, to develop individualized, scientific and effective diagnosis and treatment is very necessary, this requires that clinical doctors should possess solid medical skills, clinical thinking and clearly kindly of medical ethics, from a comprehensive history of acquisition and careful physical examination, to obtain the potential diagnostic clues and determine possible direction of disease diagnosis, perfecting the necessary laboratory tests in order to develop individual diagnosis and treatment plan, early diag-nosis and treatment.
