摘 要:中枢神经系统中免疫细胞的存在为肿瘤患者进行免疫治疗带来希望。其中,部分免疫检查点抑制剂已应用于临床,程序性死亡配体-1的抑制剂通过激活免疫系统发挥抗肿瘤作用。近年来免疫治疗在肿瘤治疗中的地位越来越高,度伐利尤单抗也应用于小细胞肺癌治疗,但随之而来的免疫抑制剂导致的免疫相关性肺炎受到人们关注。本文为1例度伐利尤单抗致免疫相关性肺炎的相关病例报道。The presence of immune cells in the central nervous system holds promise for immunotherapy of small-cell lung cancer. Some of these immune checkpoint inhibitors are already in clinical use, and inhibitors of programmed cell death-Ligand 1 exert anti-tumor effects by activating the immune system. In recent years, immunotherapy has become more and more important in tumor treatment, and dulvalizumab is also used in the treatment of small cell lung cancer, but the consequent immunosuppression-induced immune-associated pneumonia has received attention. In this paper, we present a case report related to immune-associated pneumonia caused by dulvalizumab.
