摘　　要：糖尿病的患病率呈现逐年上升的趋势,其中罹患2型糖尿病的人群占到总糖尿病患病人数的90%,而在糖尿病患者中超重人群占比约41%、肥胖人群占比约24.3%,早期诊断,早期干预肥胖与2型糖尿病对于人类的健康非常重要。miR-122在肥胖及2型糖尿病发生发展中具有重要的调控作用,且具有一定的诊断性能。本文主要针对miR-122在肥胖以及2型糖尿病相关方面的研究进展进行阐述。The prevalence of diabetes is on the rise year by year. The people suffering from type 2 diabetes account for 90% of the total diabetes patients. Among diabetes patients, overweight people account for about 41% and obese people account for about 24.3%. Early diagnosis and early intervention of obesity and type 2 diabetes are very important for human health. miR-122 plays an important reg-ulatory role in the occurrence and development of obesity and type 2 diabetes, and has certain di-agnostic performance. This article focuses on the research progress of miR-122 in obesity and type 2 diabetes.
