摘　　要：本文主要阐述国内外家庭照顾者负担的定义及研究工具,同时对老年髋部骨折伴认知障碍病人家庭照顾者负担的现状做出概述并提出启示,希冀为减轻老年髋部骨折伴认知障碍患者的家庭照顾者负担的护理措施构建提供理论借鉴。This paper mainly describes the definition and research tools of family caregiver burden at home and abroad, and summarizes the current situation of family caregiver burden of elderly patients with hip fracture and cognitive impairment and provides enlightenment, hoping to provide theoretical reference for the construction of nursing measures to reduce the burden of family care-giver burden of elderly patients with hip fracture and cognitive impairment.
