摘  要:白细胞介素-33 (interleukin 33, IL-33)作为白介素-1 (interleukin-1, IL-1)家族的细胞因子,其属于第11个炎症因子,同时也是辅助性T细胞2 (T helper cell 2, Th2)产生的炎性因子之一,IL-33作为一种前炎症细胞因子,通常在上皮细胞、内皮细胞和成纤维细胞中表达,当组织受到病原体攻击、感染或组织坏死时,通常与特异性受体生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(growth stimulation expressed gene 2, ST2)结合后激活细胞内相关信号通路,进而参与并调控先天性和获得性免疫反应,促进Th2型炎性细胞因子的表达,表现为相应的Th2型炎症状态。而慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, CRSwNP)属于Th2型炎症疾病的代表之一,其炎症状态极为明显,因此,研究IL-33/ST2信号通路在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的作用对日后疾病的治疗具有重要意义。本文就IL-33/ST2信号通路在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的作用研究进展进行综述。As a cytokine of interleukin-1 (IL-1) family, interleukin-33 (IL-33) belongs to the 11th inflammatory cytokine and one of the inflammatory cytokines produced by Th2. As a pro-inflammatory cytokine, IL-33 is usually expressed in epithelial cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts when tissues are at-tacked by pathogens, infected or necrotic. It is usually combined with the specific receptor growth stimulation expressed gene 2 (ST2) protein to activate intracellular related signaling pathways, and then participate in and regulate the innate and acquired immune responses, and promote the ex-pression of Th2-type inflammatory cytokines. It shows the corresponding Th2 inflammatory state. Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is one of the representatives of Th2 inflammato-ry diseases, and the inflammatory state is more obvious. It is of great significance to study the role of IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in the future. This article reviews the research progress of IL-33/ST2 signaling pathway in chronic rhi-nosinusitis with nasal polyps.
