摘　　要：胎盘植入性疾病(Placenta accreta spectrum, PAS)可通过影像学在孕早期诊断,避免发生子宫破裂及严重产后出血等并发症。该病例为孕36周宫底部穿透性胎盘植入伴子宫破裂,目前国内、外都比较少见,仅见个案报道。通过对此病例的学习及复习相关知识,提高对此类疾病的救治水平。Placenta Accteta Spectrum (PAS) can be diagnosed in early pregnancy through imaging, to avoid complications such as severe postpartum hemorrhage and uterus repture in the area. The case is placenta percreta at the bottom of the uterus with uterus repture at 36 weeks of pregnancy, which is rare at home and abroad, and only reported in individual cases. Through learning this case and reviewing lessons to improve the level of treatment of such diseases.
