摘　　要：衰老是随年龄增长出现的生理及心理机能衰退的不可逆过程。研究表明,血小板是许多病理生理过程的重要参与者。血小板随增龄发生变化,加速衰老进展,与衰老相关疾病的发生和发展密切相关,但目前血小板与衰老及相关疾病之间的关系尚不明确。因此,深入了解血小板在衰老及其相关疾病中的变化尤为重要。本综述将对血小板与衰老及其相关疾病的研究进展作一综述,旨在为延缓衰老相关疾病的发生和发展提供新的诊疗策略。Aging is an irreversible process of physical and psychological decline with age. Studies have shown that platelets are important participants in pathophysiological processes. Platelets change with ag-ing, accelerate the aging process and are closely related to the occurrence and development of ag-ing-related diseases. However, the specifics of the relationship between platelet and aging-related diseases are still not fully understood. Therefore, in-depth understanding of altered platelets in ag-ing and age-related diseases has become particularly important. This review provides an overview of the research progress on platelets, aging and aging-related diseases, aiming to providing new di-agnosis and treatment strategies for delaying the occurrence and development of aging-related diseases.
