摘　　要：急性阑尾炎是最常见的非产科手术急症。但由于妊娠期生理、解剖的变化很容易出现漏诊、误诊,阑尾炎穿孔在临床较为少见。本文通过对此疾病的学习并结合最新文献资料,提高对急性阑尾炎的诊疗水平。Acute appendicitis (AA) is the most common non-obstetric emergency. It is easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis due to the physiological and anatomical changes during pregnancy. This paper improves the level of diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis by learning this disease and combining with the latest literature.
