摘 要:动脉导管未闭(PDA)是儿童常见先天性血管畸形之一,正常情况下,在生后3个月内解剖关闭,但由于动脉导管在生后持续存在,导致左向右分流,引起一系列并发症,如充血性心力衰竭等,严重者可能危及生命,因此及时干预动脉导管未闭具有重要临床意义。介入封堵治疗PDA具有并发症少、恢复时间短等优点,已逐渐取代传统开胸动脉导管未闭结扎术。本文主要对PDA的不同类型封堵器研究进展进行综述。Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), a common congenital vascular malformation in children, is ana-tomically closed within 3 months after birth, but because of persistent presence of the ductus arteriosus after birth, it leads to left-to-right shunt, causing a series of complications, such as heart failure, serious cases may be life-threatening, so timely intervention of patent ductus arteriosus has important clinical significance. Transcatheter closure of PDA has the advantages of fewer complications and shorter recovery time, and has gradually replaced traditional patent ductus arteriosus ligation. This paper reviews the research progress of different types of PDA occluders.
