摘　　要：目的:探究依折麦布联合辛伐他汀对TNF-α诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞(Human Umbilical Vein Endo-thelial Cells, HUVEC)凋亡的影响。方法:依折麦布和辛伐他汀单独及联合作用于TNF-α诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC) 24小时,应用CCK-8法检测各组细胞活性,用Annexin V/PI双染流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果:两药联合应用时,细胞凋亡率低于各自单用(P < 0.05);两药单用或联合应用时,细胞凋亡率相较对照组降低明显(P < 0.05),两药联用时细胞凋亡率降低最为明显(P < 0.05)。结论:依折麦布联合辛伐他汀对血管内皮细胞有保护作用,能够有效抑制血管内皮细胞凋亡,两药联用优于各自单用对血管内皮细胞凋亡的抑制效果。Objective: To explore the effect of ezetimibe combined with simvastatin on apoptosis of human um-bilical vien endothelial cells induced by TNF-α. Methods: Ezetimibe and simvastatin alone or com-bined effects on TNF-α induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) for 24 hours. Each cell activity was measured by CCK-8 assay, Annexin V/PI double staining flow cytometry to detect apoptosis rate. Results: When the two drugs were used in combination, the apoptosis rate was lower than that when they were used alone (P < 0.05). When the two drugs are used alone or in combina-tion, the apoptosis rate is significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and when the two drugs are used in combination, the apoptosis rate is the most obvious (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ezetimibe and simvastatin has protective effect on vascular endothelial cells, and can effectively inhibit the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells. The combination of the two drugs is better than that of the single use.
