清热解毒中药及其有效成分干预2型糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)是慢性代谢性疾病之一,中国作为糖尿病患病率增长大国,如何有效治疗T2DM、提高患者生存质量亟待解决。中医药多靶点、副作用小的优势,已成为T2DM临床治疗和延缓疾病进展的有效策略。清热解毒药是以解热毒、火毒、疫毒为主的一类药物,针对临床“热毒炽盛证”的T2DM患者有效。本文对清热解毒中药及其有效成分干预T2DM的研究现状进行总结,以期为寻找防治T2DM的中药提供可行性靶点。Type 2 Diabetes (T2DM) is one of the chronic metabolic diseases. As a large country with a growing prevalence of diabetes, how to effectively treat T2DM and improve the quality of survival in patients needs to be resolved. The advantages of multiple targets and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine have become an effective strategy for T2DM clinical treatment and delaying disease progress. Clear heat and detoxification is a type of drug mainly based on thermal poisoning, fire poison, and epidemic poison. Patients with T2DM for clinical “thermal poisoning” are effective. This article summarizes the current status of the research status of T2DM intervention in clearing heat and detoxifying Chinese medicine and its effective ingredients, in order to provide feasible targets for finding Chinese medicines for preventing and controlling T2DM.
