摘　　要：罗哌卡因是一种相对较新的长效局麻药,毒性潜力低于其他长效麻醉剂溶液,具有感觉和运动分离的特点,所以已经展开了广泛的应用,本文就其药理学特点及临床应用的进展做一综述。Ropivacaine is a relatively new long-term local anesthetic with lower toxicity potential than other long-term anesthetic solutions.
