摘 要:铁是人体中众多微量元素之一,其参与体内多种氧化反应催化生成多种氧自由基,是许多酶的重要组成部分,机体铁含量缺乏时,将会损害糖的分解,导致血糖的升高,此外,铁含量的下降将会使自由基产生过多,氧化应激反应增强,从而促进了糖尿病的发生发展,2型糖尿病和骨质疏松都是比较高发的慢性代谢性疾病,也是患病率、致残率及致死率较多的疾病之一,极大地降低了患者的生活质量,威胁患者的生命健康,同时也给社会带来了极大的负担以及经济压力,但是目前其发病机制仍不明确,为此,本文总结相关文献内容,并介绍血清铁在2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松中的研究进展,为今后的研究提供参考。Iron is one of the many trace elements in the human body. It participates in various oxidation reac-tions in the body and catalyzes the generation of a variety of oxygen free radicals. It is an important part of many enzymes. When the body is deficient in iron, it will damage the decomposition of sugar, leading to the increase of blood sugar. In addition, the decrease of iron content will lead to the gen-eration of excessive free radicals and the enhancement of oxidative stress reaction, thus promoting the occurrence and development of diabetes, Type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis are both chronic metabolic diseases with high incidence, and are also one of the diseases with high prevalence, disa-bility and mortality rates. They greatly reduce the quality of life of patients, threaten their life and health, and also bring great burden and economic pressure to the society. However, the pathogene-sis is still unclear. Therefore, this paper summarizes the relevant literature. The research progress of serum iron in type 2 diabetes patients with osteoporosis was also introduced, providing reference for future research.
