摘　　要：手部湿疹是一种高度流行的多病因性疾病,手部湿疹的治疗,尤其是在较严重的和慢性病例中,如何安全有效地治愈,并最大程度地恢复患者生活质量,还需要进行进一步的研究。这篇综述讨论了近年来国内外对于手部湿疹的研究及治疗进展,并根据疾病的严重程度和慢性程度提出了一种逐步加强治疗的方法。Hand eczema is a highly prevalent multifactorial disease. How to treat hand eczema safely and ef-fectively, especially in serious and chronic cases, and how to recover the patients’ quality of life to the greatest extent, further research is needed. This review discusses the progress in the research and treatment of hand eczema at home and abroad in recent years, and proposes a step-by-step method to strengthen the treatment according to the severity and chronic degree of the disease.
