摘　　要：高原红细胞增多症是慢性高原病的常见类型之一,全球均有报道,多发生于高海拔等低氧地区。目前,国内外对高原红细胞增多症病理生理过程及诊疗已有广泛的研究,现就其病理机制及最新诊疗现状等阐述如下。Pigraphytocytes of the plateau are one of the common types of chronic plateau diseases. They are reported around the world and mostly occur in low oxygen areas such as high altitude. At present, there are extensive researches on the physiological process and diagnosis and treatment of altitude centered centered centers in the plateau at home and abroad. The pathological mechanisms and the latest diagnosis and treatment status are described as follows.
