摘　　要：本文对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者病耻感研究现状进行综述,包括病耻感相关概念及来源、慢阻肺病耻感测量工具、慢阻肺病人病耻感影响因素及护理措施。旨在为国内慢阻肺病人病耻感护理提供参考依据,使慢阻肺患者获益。This article reviews the research status of stigma in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including concepts and sources of stigma, measurement tools for stigma, factors affecting stigma and interventions for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The aim is to provide a reference basis for the care of stigma in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in China so as to benefit patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
