摘　　要：凝血因子V是凝血过程中必不可少的合成凝血酶原复合物的组成成分。获得性凝血因子V缺乏症是一种罕见的血液系统疾病。本文报道了1例结缔组织病合并获得性凝血因子V缺乏症患者,通过激素和免疫抑制治疗,患者凝血功能逐渐恢复,考虑发生获得凝血因子V缺乏可能与自身免疫性疾病有关。本文旨在为临床医生的诊断和治疗提供思路,综合文献分析如下。Coagulation factor V is a component of the synthetic prothrombin complex that is essential in the coagulation process. Acquired coagulation factor V deficiency is a rare hematologic disorder. In this paper, we report a patient with connective tissue disease combined with acquired coagulation fac-tor V deficiency, who gradually recovered coagulation function through hormonal and immunosup-pressive treatment, and consider that the occurrence of acquired coagulation factor V deficiency may be related to autoimmune diseases. The purpose of this article is to provide clinicians with ideas for diagnosis and treatment, and a comprehensive literature analysis is presented below.
