基于MMHEM的喉癌术后过渡期护理方案的构建

摘　　要：目的:构建基于多感官多层次健康教育模型(MMHEM)的喉癌术后过渡期护理方案。方法:通过文献分析、问卷调查患者需求构建基于MMHEM的喉癌术后过渡期护理方案草案,采用专家咨询法对15名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,根据专家意见对方案内容进行修改。结果:2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率为100%,专家权威系数为0.88。最终形成的方案对应MMHEM的3个主领域、8个子领域,共21个方面、79条细则。结论:本研究形成的方案科学实用,可为开展喉癌术后过渡期护理实践和研究提供一定的参考。Objective: To establish a transitional postoperative nursing plan for laryngeal cancer based on Mul-tisensory Multilevel Health Education Model (MMHEM). Methods: A transitional postoperative nursing plan based on MMHEM was constructed for laryngeal cancer by literature review and ques-tionnaire survey of patients’ requirements. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were con-ducted by 15 experts, then the scheme entry was modified by the experts advices. Results: The ef-fective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.88. The resulting scheme corresponds to 3 main fields and 8 subfields of MMHEM, with a total of 21 aspects and 79 entries. Conclusion: This scientific and practical program has been proved, and it can be referred for transitional nursing practice and research after laryn-geal cancer surgery.
