摘 要:随着人类寿命的延长,人口老龄化越趋明显,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, OVCF)成为全球性健康问题。OVCF是老年人群致残、致死的主要原因,严重影响患者生活质量,为社会和家庭带来沉重的经济和生活负担。随着微创技术经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty, PVP)的问世,给此类患者带来了福音,PVP因其手术创伤小、安全性高、缓解疼痛效果良好等优势,已逐渐成为治疗OVCF的重要方法之一。为进一步探讨PVP单双侧注射、术后骨水泥分布、形态及灌注量与疗效的关系,相关并发症及新技术、新材料的治疗进展,回顾多位学者的研究报道进行详细阐述。As population aging becomes more obvious with the extension of human vertebral life, osteoporotic compression fractures (OVCF) become a global health problem. OVCF is the main cause of disability and death in the elderly population, seriously affects the quality of life of patients, and brings heavy economic and living burden to the society and family. With the advent of minimally invasive tech-nique percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP), it has brought good news to this type of patients. Due to its advantages of low surgical trauma, high safety and good pain relief effect, PVP has gradually be-come one of the important methods for the treatment of OVCF. In order to further explore the rela-tionship between single and bilateral PVP injection, postoperative bone cement distribution, mor-phology, perfusion volume and efficacy, as well as related complications and treatment progress of new technologies and new materials, a number of scholars’ research reports were reviewed for de-tailed discussion.
