EQ-5D-5L和SF-6D量表的测量腺垂体功能减退患者生命质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:采用EQ-5D-5L和SF-6D测量腺垂体功能减退症患者的健康效用值,评估生命质量,并分析其影响因素,比较两量表的适用性,为评估测量我国腺垂体功能减退患者生命质量工具提供参考依据。方法:以调查问卷形式,采用EQ-5D-5L及SF-6D量表计算于海南医学院第一附属医院就诊的腺垂体功能减退患者的健康效用值,进一步评估生命质量,采用Pearson相关系数、ICC组内相关系数评估两量表一致性,多元线性回归分析健康效用值影响因素。结果:共回收有效问卷147例,EQ-5D-5L和SF-6D测量腺垂体功能减退患者的平均健康效用值为(0.795 ± 0.154),(0.808 ± 0.126)。两量表健康效用值测量结果有一定的相关性(r = 0.923, P < 0.01),两量表ICC组内相关系数为0.904,一致性高。我国腺垂体功能减退患者生命质量影响因素为年龄、常住地、婚姻状况、文化程度、收入、是否遵医嘱用药、有无慢病。结论:我国腺垂体功能减退患者健康效用值较健康人群低,EQ-5D-5L及SF-6D量表所测得的健康效用值得分相关性及一致性较高,均可用于评估腺垂体功能减退患者生命质量。Objective: To measure the health utility values of patients with hypopituitarism by using EQ-5D-5L and SF-6D, assessing the quality of life, and analyzing the influencing factors, the applicability of the two scales was compared to provide a reference for evaluating and measuring quality of life tools in patients with hypopituitarism in China. Methods: The health utility values of patients with hypopi-tuitarism calculated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College using the EQ-5D-5L and SF-6D scales in the form of a questionnaire. To further evaluate the quality of life, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and ICC intragroup correlation coefficient were used to evaluate the con-sistency of the two scales, and the influencing factors of health utility values were analyzed by mul-tiple linear regression. Results: A total of 147 validated questionnaires were collected, and the mean health utility values of patients with EQ-5D-5L and SF-6D were (0.795 ± 0.154) and (0.808 ± 0.126). The measured results of the health utility values of the two scales had some correlation (r = 0.923, P < 0.01), and the correlation coefficient within the ICC group of the two scales was 0.904, having high consistency. The factors influencing the quality of life of patients with hypopituitarism in China are age, permanent residence, marital status, educational level, income, whether they fol-low medical advice, and whether they are chronic. Conclusion: The health utility value of Chinese patients with hypopituitarism is lower than that of healthy people. The EQ-5D-5L and SF-6D scales can be used to assess the quality of life in patients with hypopituitarism.
