肝论治眼科疾病综述研究——中医“肝风内动症”与老年性黄斑变性关联解析

摘　　要：基于“肝开窍于目”和“诸风掉眩,皆属于肝”理论,和肝论治老年黄斑变性(Age-related MacularDegeneration, AMD)的基本共识,本文基于文献计量的方法,对“肝–眼生物轴”相关研究进行了综述性探讨,对近年发展趋势、研究单位、学科和研究主题进行了分析。以“肝风内动症”与老年性黄斑变性为例,对该研究的痛点和未来发展进行了预测和讨论。具有一定的理论贡献和参考价值。Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theories of “the liver opens at eyes” and “all windsand dizziness, belong to the liver”, and the basic consensus on liver-related treatments of AgerelatedMacular Degeneration (AMD), this paper delivers a bibliographic study on “eye-liver” relatedresearch. The developing trend, institutions, journals, and research topics are analyzed.Taking the AMD and TCM internal movement syndrome of liver wind as an example, the correlationmechanism and advanced research methods is explored. Issues and challenges are discussed.Future research directions are predicted. Reference value and theory contributions are deliveredby this study.
