富血小板血浆在前交叉韧带损伤修复的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,前交叉韧带损伤是运动医学科的常见疾病,其发病率不断攀升,其损伤后难以自愈,其损伤后可导致膝关节松弛、关节不稳定,增加半月板损伤和退行性关节疾病的风险。目前研究显示富血小板血浆可用来修复肌腱、软骨等组织,但目前争议较多。本文就富血小板血浆的分类、制备、浓度、在前交叉韧带损伤等方面进行综述。In recent years, anterior cruciate ligament injuries are common in sports medicine and their inci-dence is increasing. They are difficult to heal spontaneously after injury, often causing severe knee pain, instability, and secondary meniscal damage and joint degeneration. Current studies have shown that platelet-rich plasma can be used to repair tendons, cartilage, and other tissues, but there is currently much controversy. This article reviews the classification, preparation, concentra-tion, and studies of platelet-rich plasma in anterior cruciate ligament injuries.
