摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛给患者带来巨大的痛苦,发生在下肢时对个人生活的负面影响极大,常可产生情志问题。导师程为平教授辨明虚实本质,针刺联合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,配伍得当,并根据病情变化灵活加减,治标可止痛止痒,求本能调体质安心神,疗效显著。Postherpetic neuralgia brings great pain to patients, which has a great negative impact on personal life when it occurs in the lower extremities, and often leads to emotional problems. Professor Cheng Weiping, a mentor, identified the essence of deficiency and excess, acupuncture combined with Chinese pharmacy and formula in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with proper compatibil-ity. He flexibly adjusts treatment plan according to the changes of the disease, which can relieve pain and itching on the surface, improve the physique and seek the peace of mind internally. Therefore, the curative effect is remarkable.
