摘　　要：参考区间不但受不同人种、地域差异影响,也受不同生活方式、身处的自然、社会环境影响。如果参照不合适的参考区间,那么将会导致疾病的漏诊、误诊,不但给人民群众带来心理和经济负担,还会造成医疗资源的浪费。因此制定具有针对性的参考区间对于疾病诊断、治疗及预防具有十分重要的意义。本文将从参考区间的基本概念、影响因素、青海地区参考区间研究现状、制定步骤与方法、注意事项等方面介绍青海地区参考区间研究进展。The reference interval is not only affected by different races and geographical differences, but also by different lifestyles, natural and social environment. If we refer to inappropriate reference inter-vals, it will lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of diseases, which will not only bring psycho-logical and economic burden to the people, but also cause waste of medical resources. There- fore, it is of great significance to develop a targeted reference interval for disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention. This paper will introduce the research progress of population reference interval in plateau area from the aspects of basic concept, influencing factors, research status, formulation steps and methods, and precautions.
