摘　　要：轮状病毒(rotavirus, RV)感染所导致的腹泻是波及全世界的一种常见疾病,对RV腹泻作深入的流行病学调查是相关疫苗研发的基础。不同地区,不同年份RV流行的特征常发生变化。本文对我国2011年~2022年RV感染导致腹泻的相关研究进行综述,提供流行病学特点等重要信息,介绍RV疫苗在国内外的研制及应用情况,为目前及将来RV疫苗的研制和免疫接种计划提供动态信息。Diarrhea caused by rotavirus infection is a common disease all over the word, in-depth epidemio-logical investigation of RV diarrhea is the basic of vaccine research and development. The charac-teristics of RV popularity in different countries and years often change. In this paper, we review the research progress of China in RV infective diarrhea from 2011 to 2022, provide important infor-mation on the epidemiological characteristics, introduce the development and application of RV vaccine at home and abroad, and provide dynamic information for the current and future RV vac-cine development and immunization schedule.
