摘　　要：实脾饮出自《济生方》,具有温阳健脾,行气利水的功能。随着对实脾饮的临床加减化裁和不断研究,已将其广泛应用于临床多学科疾病的治疗,取得了较好的临床效果。文章通过总结近年来其临床应用现状和机制研究进展,为其进一步推广应用提供参考。Shi Pi Yin comes from Ji Sheng Fang, which has the functions of warming Yang and invigorating spleen, activating qi to excrete water. With the further study on the addition and subtraction of Shi Pi Yin, it has been applied in the treatment of many clinical diseases and has achieved good clinical effect. This article summarizes the current clinical application and mechanism research progress in recent years, so as to provide reference for further application.
