摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19)是一种通过密切接触和呼吸道飞沫传播导致的严重呼吸道疾病,传染病大流行对人们健康和生命安全、公共卫生防疫体系和社会稳定性及经济发展有巨大影响。人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)是流行病相关研究中热点技术,在COVID-19疫情期间发挥重要作用。本文重点介绍医学影像学与AI技术的医工交叉在COVID-19患者临床诊断、病程发展、治疗决策、疗效评估及COVID-19疫情防控等方面的应用进行综述,以期提高临床的效率,减轻医务人员的负担。Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a severe respiratory disease transmitted by close contact and respiratory droplets. The infectious disease pandemic has a great impact on people’s health and life safety, public health and epidemic prevention system, social stability and economic devel-opment. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a hot technology in epidemic related research and plays an important role during the COVID-19 epidemic. This article focuses on the application of the inter-section of medical imaging and AI technology in the clinical diagnosis, course of disease, treatment decision-making, efficacy evaluation, and prevention and control of COVID-19, in order to improve clinical efficiency and reduce the burden on medical staff.
