摘　　要：目的:比较IPOM-Plus与传统开放式Sublay在治疗中小型腹壁切口疝的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年9月至2022年10月西安市中心医院普外科收治86例中小型腹壁切口疝(≤8cm)患者临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为观察组(腹腔镜下IPOM-Plus组)和对照组(Sublay组)各43例。收集两组手术情况、疼痛评分、并发症发生情况及术后复发情况的临床资料,使用SPSS25.0工具对收集的资料分析。结果:腹腔镜下IPOM-Plus组手术时间、总住院费用方面均高于传统开放式Sublay组,(P 0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下IPOM-Plus治疗中小型腹壁切口疝,可能通过减少手术切口大小及术中出血量以减轻病人疼痛状况,提高病人生活质量,进而缩短住院时间,同时降低病人术后感染率、血肿发生率以及再次手术率,是修补中小型腹部切口疝更为理想的手术方式。Objective: To compare the efficacy of IPOM-Plus and traditional open Sublay in the treatment of small and medium abdominal incisional hernia. Methods: The clinical data of 86 patients with small and medium-sized abdominal incisional hernia (≤8cm) admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Xi’an Central Hospital from September 2016 to October 2022 were retrospectively ana-lyzed, and they were divided into observation group (laparoscopic IPOM-Plus group) and control group (Sublay group) with 43 cases each according to different treatment methods. Clinical data of operation status, pain score, complication occurrence and postoperative recurrence of the two groups were collected, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS25.0 tool. Results: The oper-ative time and total hospital expenses of laparoscopic IPOM-Plus group were higher than those of traditional open Sublay group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic IPOM-Plus in the treatment of small and medium-sized abdominal incisional hernia may reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the postoperative infection rate, the incidence of hematoma and the rate of reoperation, which is a more ideal surgical method for repairing small and medium-sized abdominal incisional hernia.
