二妙丸衍生方在皮肤科疾病中的应用与研究

摘　　要：由苍术和黄柏组成的二妙丸一方,功效清热燥湿,用于湿热下注所引起的炎症、红肿、渗出等症,在内、外、妇、儿、皮肤科中均有应用。作为清热燥湿的基础名方,其加减化裁亦较多,本文对二妙丸及其衍生方的应用和研究予以综述,明确其在皮肤科疾病中的应用。Ermiaowan consists of Cangzhu and Huangbai with the effect of heat-clearing and damp-drying, for inflammation, redness, swelling and oozing caused by damp-heat invading lower;it is applied in the department of internal, external, gynecology, pediatrics and dermatology. As the basic formula for damp-heat invading lower, there are many additions and reductions. In this paper, the applications and studies of Ermiaowan and its derivatives are reviewed to clarify their applications in dermato-logical diseases.
