超声心动图评价妊娠女性左心房容积及功能的研究进展

摘　　要：正常妊娠及妊娠合并症会引发生理、病理上的心脏结构及功能的改变。左房在调节左心室舒张功能中扮演重要角色且解剖上壁薄更早出现结构和功能的变化。因此,及时对其评价非常重要。超声心动图无电离辐射、安全性高,是临床孕产妇心功能检查的首选手段。本文对超声心动图技术在评估妊娠女性左心房容积和功能中的研究进展进行综述。Normal pregnancy and pregnancy complications can cause physiological and pathological changes in cardiac structure and function. The left atrium plays an important role in regulating left ventric-ular diastolic function, and structural and functional changes occur earlier in the anatomical thin-ness. It was therefore important to evaluate it in a timely manner. Echocardiography has no ionizing radiation and high safety, which is the preferred method for clinical maternal cardiac function ex-amination. This article reviews the research progress of echocardiography in the assessment of left atrial volume and function in pregnant women.
