摘　　要：目的:总结及归纳近年来中医对颈源性头痛的临床研究进展与存在的问题,为今后的临床治疗与研究提供参考。方法:通过查阅大量关于中医对颈源性头痛认识的文献,从其病因病机、中医分型、治疗方法入手进行总结与归纳,明确了中医治疗颈源性头痛的疗效显著性。结果:中医对颈源性头痛有一套特殊的理论认识,并且有多种方式可对其进行治疗,具有操作简单、安全长效、灵活选择的优势。结论:颈源性头痛并不是现代医学特有的病种,中医对其有一套特殊的理论认识及治疗方法,并且已有相关文献证实了中医治疗该病的疗效性,但目前仍存在缺乏治疗规范化、缺少深层次治疗机理研究等方面的问题,需要进一步完善。Objective: To summarize and induce the clinical research progress and existing problems of tradi-tional Chinese medicine on cervicogenic headache in recent years, and to provide reference for fu-ture clinical treatment and research. Methods: By reviewing a large number of literature on the understanding of cervicogenic headache in traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizing and in-ducing its etiology, pathogenesis, TCM classification and treatment methods, the efficacy of tradi-tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervicogenic headache was clarified. Results: the Chi-nese medicine has a special theoretical understanding of cervicogenic headache, and there are a va-riety of ways to treat it, which has the advantages of simple operation, safe and long-term effect, and flexible choice. Conclusion: Cervicogenic headache is not a unique disease of modern medicine, tra-ditional Chinese medicine has a special set of theoretical understanding and treatment methods, and relevant literature has confirmed the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease, but there are still problems such as lack of treatment standardization and lack of in-depth treatment mechanism research, which need to be further improved.
