摘　　要：饮食干预是患者疾病管理中的重要组成部分。目前,国内外采用的饮食模式多种多样,但患者的饮食依从性不容乐观。本文阐述了患者参与饮食管理在胃癌患者中的应用效果,以期为进一步开展研究及帮助患者建立并维持依从健康的饮食习惯提供思路。Dietary interventions are an important part of a patient’s disease management. At present, there are various dietary patterns adopted at home and abroad, but their dietary compliance is not opti-mistic. This article describes the application effect of patient participation in diet management in gastric cancer patients, in order to provide ideas for further research and help patients establish and maintain healthy eating habits.
