摘　　要：腹痛是门诊患儿就诊最常见的主诉之一,为理清诊断思路、提高疾病的治愈率及缓解患儿痛苦,本文检索了相关文献,总结了常见的引起腹痛的腹腔器官疾病的临床特点及治疗。Abdominal pain is one of the most common complaints of children in the outpatient department. In order to clarify the diagnosis ideas, improve the cure rate of diseases and alleviate the pain of chil-dren, this paper has searched the relevant literature, analyzed and summarized the clinical char-acteristics and treatment of common abdominal organ diseases causing abdominal pain.
