摘　　要：去肾交感神经术是近十几年来出现的一种新的基于器械的降压治疗方式。但SYMPLICITY HTN-3试验表明去肾交感神经术并不能显著降低患者的血压,使得这项技术的有效性遭受质疑。近期一些新的研究结果似乎更支持这项技术应用于高血压患者的降压治疗。本文就该项技术治疗高血压的临床疗效及面临的问题作一综述。Renal sympathetic denervation is a new antihypertensive therapy based devices in recent years. However, the Symplicity HTN-3 research shows that renal sympathetic denervation could not sig-nificantly reduce the blood pressure, which calls into question the effectiveness of this technique. Recently, some new research results seem to support the application of this technique in the anti-hypertensive treatment of patients with hypertension. This article reviews the clinical efficacy and problems of this technique in the treatment of hypertension.
