摘　　要：良好的术后恢复可以缩短患者住院时间,减少住院费用,增加患者满意度。不同的麻醉药物对术后的恢复质量会产生不同的影响。在涉及老年患者的麻醉时,麻醉药物的选择很大程度上影响着老年患者的术后恢复质量。因此探讨不同的麻醉药物对老年患者的影响,提高术后的恢复质量,具有十分重要的意义。Good postoperative recovery can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization costs, and increase patient satisfaction. Different anesthetics have different effects on the quality of re-covery after surgery. In anesthesia involving elderly patients, the choice of anesthetics largely af-fects the quality of postoperative recovery of elderly patients. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the effects of different anesthetics on elderly patients and improve the quality of postoper-ative recovery.
