摘　　要：在临床中,高尿酸血症已经成为常见疾病,但仍有较大量患者无法获得良好的治疗效果,研究具有更好疗效的药物已经成为新的重点关注问题。近几年,采用新技术,针对高尿酸血症的发病机制和靶点,大量药物的临床试验正在逐步开展。本文对目前处于临床研究阶段并且具有潜在治疗前景的中西医药物进行分类和介绍,本文通过介绍新药在RA中的研究机制、现状及前景,希望为风湿科医师提供RA药物资料的前沿信息。In clinic, hyperuricemia has become a common disease, but there are still a large number of pa-tients that cannot get a good therapeutic effect, and the study of drugs with better efficacy has be-come a new focus of attention. In recent years, clinical trials of a large number of drugs are being carried out gradually aiming at the pathogenesis and target of hyperuricemia by using new tech-nology. This article classifies and introduces the traditional Chinese and western medicine which is in the clinical research stage and has the potential treatment prospect. This article introduces the research mechanism, present situation and prospect of the new drug in RA, hoping to provide the cutting-edge information of RA drug data for rheumatology physicians.
