摘　　要：2型糖尿病患者的首要死亡原因是大血管病变。本文旨在从多个观点论述2型糖尿病大血管病变发病机制,并进一步从该观点阐述2型糖尿病合并相关大血管病变的防治策略。The leading cause of death in patients with type 2 diabetes is Great vessels disease. The purpose of this article is to discuss the pathogenesis of Great vessels disease in type 2 diabetes from multiple perspectives, and further elaborate the prevention and treatment strategy of type 2 diabetes with related Great vessels disease from this perspective.
