摘　　要：膝骨关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是常见的慢性关节疾病,其发病机制尚未阐明,但是控制炎症已成为目前早期治疗KOA的有效策略,NLRP3炎症小体在KOA患者滑膜中表达水平增高,在KOA的发病进程起重要作用,本文以NLRP3炎症小体为切入点,对NLRP3炎症小体的激活与膝关节骨性关节炎病情发展具体机制进行综述。Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common chronic joint disease, and its pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated, but the control of inflammation has become an effective strategy for the early treatment of KOA. The expression level of NLRP3 inflammasome in the synovium of KOA patients is increased, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of KOA. In this article, we reviewed the mecha-nism of NLRP3 inflammasome activation and the development of knee osteoarthritis.
