摘　　要：肝囊型包虫病破入胆道是肝囊型包虫病最为严重的并发症之一。随着医疗技术的发展,对于肝囊型包虫病破入胆道的诊治也在不断进步。本文根据目前国内外相关研究,对肝囊型包虫病破入胆道的诊治进行综合阐述。Cystic echinococcosis breaking into biliary tract is one of the most serious complications of cystic echinococcosis. With the development of medical technology, the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic Echinococcus granulosus breaking into biliary tract are also improving. Based on the relevant stud-ies at home and abroad, the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic Echinococcus granulosus breaking into the biliary tract are comprehensively described in this paper.
