摘　　要：先兆流产是妊娠期妇女比较常见的一种疾病,常以下腹痛、腰骶酸痛坠胀、阴道少量流血为其主要临床特点,其发病原因多样,证治多变,属中医学中“胎漏、胎动不安”等范畴。若无法及时的对本病进行诊治,可能导致母胎俱损的局面。本文就近年以补肾活血法治疗胎漏、胎动不安的研究进展并结合跟师所得进行阐述,为更好治疗本病提供思路。Threatened abortion is a common disease in pregnant women, and its main clinical features are abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain and swelling, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Its causes are diverse, and its syndrome and treatment are changeable, belonging to the categories of “fetal leakage and fetal movement uneasiness” in traditional Chinese medicine. If the disease cannot be diagnosed and treated in time, it may lead to the loss of both mother and fetus. In this paper, the research progress of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation in treating fetal leakage and fetal movement restlessness in recent years is expounded in combination with the results obtained from teachers, so as to provide ideas for better treatment of this disease.
