摘　　要：外科手术是骨科疾病在临床上常用的治疗方式,其能够直接实现临床疗效并缓解症状,但部分患者术后疼痛发生率较高,对患者术后恢复治疗和社会心理常产生较大影响。中医作为传统医学对病因进行辨证施治,在疼痛治疗方面应用已久,其中穴位注射近几年被学者们广泛关注。足三里穴位是胃经五输穴之一的大穴,具有调理脾胃、补中益气、疏通经络、疏风化湿、双向良性调节的功效,其疗效也在临床中得到普遍认可。现有研究证实,对其进行穴位注射有明显增强药物疗效、缓解疼痛的作用,近年来也成为中西医结合治疗术后疼痛的可推荐方式。笔者以患者骨科术后疼痛为起点,从选穴方式、注射时间、注射药物等方面进行综述,分析中西医结合方式下足三里穴位注射镇痛所带来的良好效果。Surgical surgery is a commonly used treatment method for orthopedic diseases in clinical practice, which can directly achieve clinical efficacy and alleviate symptoms. However, some patients have a high incidence of postoperative pain, which often has a significant impact on postoperative recovery treatment and social psychology. As a Traditional medicine, TCM has been used for a long time in the treatment of pain, in which acupoint injection has been widely concerned by scholars in recent years. Zusanli acupoint is one of the five acupoints of the stomach meridian. It has the effects of reg-ulating the spleen and stomach, tonifying the middle and supplementing qi, dredging the meridians, removing wind and dampness, and two-way benign regulation. Its efficacy has also been widely recognized in clinical practice. Existing research has confirmed that acupoint injection can signifi-cantly enhance drug efficacy and alleviate pain, and has become a recommended method for treat-ing postoperative pain through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in re-cent years. Starting from the pain of patients after orthopedic surgery, the author reviewed the method of point selection, injection time, injection drugs and other aspects, and analyzed the good effect of Zusanli point injection analgesia under the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
