摘　　要：肌张力增高常出现于脑卒中患者恢复期,过度增高的肌张力会限制关节活动,不利于患者疾病后期的功能康复,对患者的日常生活产生较大影响。本文简要回顾了有关治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高相关的文献。探讨针灸联合中频治疗对卒中后肌张力增高状态的现状,为今后脑卒中患者的临床和康复治疗有所助益。Increased muscle tone is often seen in stroke patients during the recovery period. Excessively in-creased muscle tone can limit joint movement, which is not conducive to functional rehabilitation in the later stages of the disease and can have a greater impact on the patient’s daily life. This article briefly reviews the literature related to the treatment of post-stroke hypertonia. It explores the current status of acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency therapy on the state of post-stroke hypertonia, which will be helpful for the clinical and rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients in the future.
