摘　　要：糖尿病(diabetes mellitus, DM)是一种因胰岛素分泌不足或胰岛素抵抗而引起的以高血糖为特征的慢性代谢性疾病,它是世界上最普遍的全身性疾病之一,发病人数逐年增长。随着白内障手术的不断发展,超声乳化术成为白内障手术的首选,与以前的白内障囊外或囊内摘除方法相比,手术时间更短,视力恢复更快。但是,超声乳化术后并发症中发病率最高的是角膜水肿,而且糖尿病性白内障患者超声乳化术后角膜水肿的发病率明显高于其它类型的白内障患者。本文就糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿相关因素做一综述。Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia caused by insufficient insulin secretion or insulin resistance. It is one of the most common systemic diseases in the world, and the number of patients is increasing year by year. With the continuous development of cataract surgery, phacoemulsification has become the first choice for cataract surgery. Compared with previous extracapsular or intracapsular cataract extraction methods, phacoemulsification has shorter operation time and faster visual recovery. However, the highest incidence of complications after phacoemulsification is corneal edema, and the incidence of corneal edema in diabetic cataract patients after phacoemulsification is significantly higher than that in other types of cataract pa-tients. This article reviews the related factors of corneal edema after phacoemulsification in diabetic patients.
