单味抗痨中药的研究进展

摘　　要：我国运用中药治疗肺结核有悠久的历史,疗效肯定,副作用少,有较好的开发前景。学者们对单味中药在实验中表现出来的抗结核作用做了较多的探索,笔者全面梳理了1949~2022年间发表的相关中文文献所涉及的70余味抗痨中药,根据其杀菌、抑菌、提高免疫力等作用机制的不同,予以分类综述。The use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat tuberculosis (TB) has a long history in our country, with positive efficacy and few side effects, and has good prospects for development. The anti-TB ef-fects of single traditional Chinese medicine demonstrated in tests have been explored more by scholars. In this paper, we have comprehensively reviewed more than 70 anti-TB traditional Chi-nese medicines in the relevant Chinese literatures published between 1949 and 2022, and classi-fied and reviewed them according to their different mechanisms of action, such as bactericidal, an-tibacterial, and immunity-boosting.
