摘　　要：2019年底爆发了新型冠状肺炎,随着时间的推移,出现了新冠感染后患者长期存在机体不适症状,如呼吸困难、疲劳等。这严重影响着患者的生存质量。而后此现象被定义为“长新冠”。肺康复训练可以帮助患者改善肺功能、延缓肺疾病进展。本文对“长新冠”患者肺康复研究现状进行综述,包括“长新冠”康复国内外现状、相关概念、康复内容、康复评价工具等。旨在为国内“长新冠”病人肺康复护理提供参考依据,使患者获益。COVID-19 broke out at the end of 2019. As time went by, patients with COVID-19 infection had long-term body discomfort symptoms, such as dyspnea, fatigue, etc., which seriously effects the quality of life of patients. Then this phenomenon is defined as “Long COVID-19”. Lung rehabilitation training can help patients improve lung function and delay the progression of lung diseases. This article reviews the research status of lung rehabilitation of patients with “Long COVID-19”, including the status quo of “Long COVID-19” rehabilitation at home and abroad, related concepts, rehabilita-tion content, rehabilitation evaluation tools, etc. The purpose is to provide reference basis for lung rehabilitation nursing of domestic “Long COVID-19” patients, so as to benefit patients.
