摘 要:目的:应用光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)定量分析评估1型糖尿病患者早期脉络膜血流的变化。方法:试验组入组了已经确诊为1型糖尿病并且没有糖尿病视网膜病变的患者40名,同时入组40名健康人群作为对照。应用OCTA定量比较两组人群的黄斑区脉络膜毛细血管(CC)的血流灌注,同时也测量了中央凹无血管区面积(FAZ)、浅层毛细血管丛(SCP)和深层毛细血管丛(DCP)的血流密度等参数。结果:DR组与正常对照组相比,CC的血流灌注出现了明显下降(P < 0.01)。同时在DCP血流密度同样出现了明显下降(P < 0.01)。结论:1型糖尿病患者的早期脉络膜毛细血管血流灌注会出现明显的下降。Objective: Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) was used to quantitatively assess changes in choroidal blood flow in patients with type 1 diabetes. Methods: The trial group enrolled 40 patients who had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and did not have diabetic retinopathy, and 40 healthy people were enrolled as controls. OCTA was used to quantitatively compare the blood flow of choroidal capillaries (CC) in the macular region of the two groups, and also measured the blood flow density of the foveal unvascular area (FAZ), superficial capillary plexus (SCP) and deep capillary plexus (DCP). Results: Compared with the normal control group, the blood flow of CC decreased significantly in the DR group (P < 0.01). At the same time, DCP blood flow density also decreased significantly (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Patients with type 1 diabetes have a significant de-crease in choroidal capillary blood flow in the early stages.
