摘　　要：目的:基于手机的干预措施对心力衰竭患者健康结局的影响尚有争议。本文旨在探讨基于手机的干预措施对心力衰竭患者健康结局的影响。方法:对EMBASE、MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、EBSCO、知网、维普、万方数据库进行检索,筛选出相关的随机对照试验,用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结局指标包括心源性再入院人次;心源性再住院时间;用药依从性;生活质量;全因死亡人数。结果:涉及2966名患者的15个随机对照试验被纳入meta分析。meta分析表明,基于手机的干预措施对心源性再入院人次有显著影响[RR = 0.42, 95%CI (0.26, 0.67), P = 0.0003]。然而,发现对全因死亡人数、心源性再住院时间、用药依从性、生活质量无显著影响。结论:当前证据显示,基于手机的干预措施能显著减少慢性心力衰竭患者的心源性再入院人次。Objective: The impact of mobile-based interventions on health outcomes in patients with heart fail-ure is controversial. This paper aims to explore the impact of mobile phone-based interventions on health outcomes in patients with heart failure. Methods: We searched databases including EMBASE, MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, EBSCO, CNKI, VIP Journal and WanFang data to screen out relevant randomized controlled trials. Based on the RCTs, we performed the Meta-analysis with RevMan 5.3 software. Outcome indicator included the number of cardiac readmission;duration of cardiac re-admission;medication compliance;quality of life;number of all-cause deaths. Result: Fifteen RCTs involving 2966 patients were included in the Meta-analysis. The Meta-analysis indicated that mo-bile phone-based interventions had significant effects on the number of cardiac readmission [RR = 0.42, 95%CI (0.26, 0.67), P = 0.0003]. However, there were no significant effects on duration of car-diac readmission, medication compliance, quality of life and number of all-cause deaths. Conclusion: Current experimental data of the Meta-analysis show that mobile phone-based interventions can significantly reduce the number of cardiac readmission in patients with chronic heart failure.
