摘　　要：阳虚型是高血压病的主要证型之一,其发生与后天失养、年老体弱、久病不愈、药害等因素密切相关。病位在肾,与脾有密切关系,治疗以扶阳为主,可从脾阳虚、肾阳虚、脾肾阳虚论治。本文对阳虚型高血压病从脾、肾、脾肾的治疗进行阐述和总结。Yang deficiency type is one of the main syndromes of hypertension, and its occurrence is closely re-lated to acquired malnutrition, old and weak, long-term illness, drug damage and other factors. The disease is located in the kidney and is closely related to the spleen. The treatment is mainly based on strengthening yang, which can be treated from spleen yang deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, and spleen and kidney yang deficiency. This paper expounds and summarizes the treatment of yang deficiency hypertension from spleen, kidney, spleen and kidney.
